How soon will I see changes?
As with learning any new skill, the effects are cumulative. After the first few sessions, the improvements you experience may not be as apparent after a day or two. After more training the changes will last longer.
As the psychological core improves, old habits naturally shift into healthier ones. Many people simply feel better immediately, for others the transition can be longer, a process rather than an event.
Most clients notice their first changes within the first four to six sessions, however at least ten sessions are recommended to ensure that the changes hold.
